I am so jealous that your front yard is going to look so custom! Not like every other yard in this neighborhood!
It really is looking great!
I like the way it looks with the grass, maybe add a flower box where the rock is in the grassy area.
I say do the dirty work now by tearing out all grass and putting in planter boxes and decorative rock and reap the benefits every Saturday when you don't have to pull out the weed wacker and mower to tko a SMALL patch of grass! I think the flowers would add more color than the grass too! Looks AWESOME!!! Nice work!
